I had amazing smoked makrel for lunch!! This is Bea and me picking Lilly Of The Valley. We went to have lunch on Saturday to a nice cafe on a hill where we bumped into the king of Sweden's uncle!! This is my brother-in-law and nephew. Paul loves the sea-saw!!!

forgot to turn on the pedometer, forgot to take a picture of the lovely lunch made for us by Inge and John (prawn salad starter, chicken, potatoes and veg main, and 3 deserts!! strawberries and cream, tiramisu, and a lovely Danish cake called Kransekake, i think!! I'm not too good at this am I!!

lasagne for dinner and 17923 on the old pedometer!!

for lunch we had a Jasperizer!! which is a huge burger from plymouth harbour, i'll publish the pictures when i get the cable!!, whilst we where enjoying our burgers we saw this!! and tonight we're having a BBQ!!! Pedometer reads just over 6000 but the day isnt over yet!! finished the day with 8052.

tonight Gilly and Graham took us out to the curry house, V.nice

today Gilly made us a Caesar salad!! V.healthy!! and very nice, I don't think we have a picture, but even if I did I still don't have the cable!!

Today we had dinner with the Barbers, we had a really good time with them at the beach!! I did remember to take a picture of the pedometer 10,648!! but I forgot to bring the cable to put it on the computer!!! I'll have to put it on later!!

this week I'll be posting a picture of every dinner that I eat, to show how amazingly well people are looking after us. also I'll be posting my daily pedometer reading to show if I'm making any effort at all not to become obese!!!
