Big Brazilian Birthday!

Last week Teresa turned One! We had a fairly normal day as it was a work day. We did manage a few presents and a candle in a Mango (.. my oven was broken and she likes Mango.. so why not?!)

Then on Saturday we had the big Brazilian Birthday! Brazilian custom is to celebrate the first birthday with a big party, like an 18th or something! So we decided to be Brazilian a go a bit bigger than we would have normally. It was nice to celebrate surviving our first year of being mum and dad to Tess! We made it a Rainbow theme and Tess loved all the colours. It was a lovely afternoon and so nice to see all of our friends who have been with us and supported us on this journey as we became parents.

Here are some of the pictures.

"Look! This one is all the way from Bolton!"
